The University of Manchester and Nowgen are hosting a one-day training course on the use of bioinformatics workflows for Next Generation Sequencing analysis on 17 January 2012 in Manchester, UK.

The course will provide an introduction to using Galaxy and Taverna in Next Generation analysis and will highlight the increasing requirements for reproducible workflows when performing high-throughput informatics research.
