In Taverna 2.x, when you drag a BioMart service into the Workflow Diagram, a configuration window will appear. You can create inputs by defining Filters and outputs by defining Attributes. In Taverna 1.7.x, if you right-click a BioMart processor in the Advanced Model Explorer tree and select Configure BioMart query…, a configuration window will appear. You can create inputs by defining Filters and outputs by defining Attributes.
